Frequently asked questions for Charleston Party Buses


Can we smoke on the vehicle?

There is to be no smoking on our party buses, simply because it makes them less fresh and clean for the next customer. Thank you for understanding!

Are your party buses safe?

Ours are! We maintain and inspect our buses regularly on top of them being insured to the fullest extent.

Are we allowed to drink?

Yes, if you and your party are all above the legal drinking age.

What information do you need for me to get a quote?

All we need to know is where you plan on going, when you need service, and how many passengers you’ll be transporting.

Do you require a minimum hourly rental?

Due to the amount of time that goes into preparing for each run we do stipulate a minimum rental to make sure we don't end up losing money on a run. We do this so we don't have to try to recoup costs like other companies in the industry.

What is the largest number of guests you can accommodate?

Typically our vehicles can seat up to 30 guests, and we also have vehicles capable of holding up to 40 guests. However, we recommend sizing up to the size bigger than you need for ultimate comfort for all of your guests.

Can we rent multiple party buses for larger parties such as weddings, corporate events and proms?

Absolutely! Our booking agents will walk you through renting the exact bus or combination of buses that are going to best work for you and your party.

Can I bring guests under 21 years old?

Absolutely, there is only one caveat, if we are transporting minors allowing alcohol is forbidden by law. We will leave it up to you to decide which of the two you consider more important.

Can we bring our own music to play?

Yes, the vast majority of our customers do. All of our vehicles include an auxiliary cord so our customers can plug in any device with a 3.5mm standard headphone jack. In addition to AM/FM/CD and a Blu-Ray player for the monitors.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Every possible charge is fully disclosed in our contract. The only ways you will pay more than the quoted price is if you go over the reserved time or if your party damages our vehicle which is fully outlined & explained in your contract.
